| "Prohibited Conduct" | Any action expressly prohibited under Section 8 of this Agreement, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, and system exploitation. |
| "Void Bet" | A wager that has been cancelled and returned to the User's Account balance, with neither a win nor a loss recorded. |
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on betebet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number. It is your obligation to ensure that this information remains up to date throughout the duration of your account. betebet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. betebet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
betebet operates a comprehensive KYC programme. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and documentation related to payment methods used (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet or bank account). Accounts will be restricted or closed where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe.
betebet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other major Malaysian banks), and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. betebet reserves the right to return deposits where the source cannot be verified.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account and verified as belonging to you. We do not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used for deposits, nor to third-party accounts.
All active bonus conditions (including wagering requirements) must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed. Attempting to withdraw while bonus conditions remain outstanding may result in the forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire and crypto within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed; external processing delays may apply. betebet will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
All account balances, wagering transactions, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you have specifically selected an alternative. betebet does not apply currency conversion charges on MYR transactions, though your payment provider may impose their own fees.
All sports bets placed on betebet are subject to the applicable sporting event's rules, the published odds at the time the bet was accepted, and betebet's sportsbook rules. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.
A bet is only deemed accepted when you have received a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. betebet reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion, without being required to state the reason.
Where odds or payouts are published in error — including but not limited to technical errors, human error, or data feed failures — betebet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
In-play wagers are subject to delayed acceptance due to data latency. betebet may decline in-play bets where the outcome is already known or reasonably determinable at the time of acceptance. Wagers placed on events covering Liga Super Malaysia, the EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other major fixtures are subject to the specific rules applicable to those markets.
All casino games are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) with published theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Displayed RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of return in any individual session.
betebet offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are governed by the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer, in addition to the general provisions of this section.
Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each promotion page. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 20x on a MYR 100 bonus means you must wager a total of MYR 2,000 before any withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Specific contribution percentages per game category are stated in each promotion's terms. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10–20%). Specific game exclusions may apply.
betebet operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes (but is not limited to): claiming bonuses with the intention of withdrawing without genuine play; using low-risk betting strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements with minimal variance; coordinating with other accounts to arbitrage bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, betebet reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.
All bonuses have a validity period, stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unplayed at the expiry date will be automatically forfeited from the account balance without notice.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the betebet Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the betebet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data, game content, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of betebet or is licensed to betebet by its content partners. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betebet shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
betebet makes no warranty that the Platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful code. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, betebet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8; (b) we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; (c) KYC requirements remain unsatisfied after reasonable notice; (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; or (e) continued operation of your account presents a risk to the Platform or other users.
Upon closure for breach, betebet may withhold or forfeit account funds where the breach involves fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse. In all other closure scenarios, verified account funds will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any available balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements.
An account is considered dormant if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. betebet may charge an administrative fee on dormant accounts. You will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Where an account balance reaches zero (MYR 0.00), the account may be permanently closed after a further period of inactivity.
